A couple things... Where in the article was it mentioned that he died from a food allergy? I didn't see that (Of course I don't see much anything anymore...) Doesn't an allergic reaction to foods happen pretty quickly? It sounds like 8-12 hours passed after eating the chili before he suffered the reaction. How would a 33 year old guy who folks said was very interested in cooking not know he was allergic to peppers?
