Hmmm Ch'le 'n beanz Terry,

We were in Oaxaca over TXng and learned  lot about the beauty of 
really simple food such as you describe.

We saw fresh black beans in a market that looked like perfect little 
orbs of onyx. I mean totally fresh, just picked, perfect  shiny 
beans. We were in a rush and so I did not buy, nor did I have the 
means to cook them. But, oh I wished to taste the flavour in those 
precious little orbs.

Carne asada. Words loaded with hidden meaning.  I will leave the rest 
of this to one who used to see a worm in every bottle, had oft a 
tempting hand on my (artificially colored) red neck, and taught me 
the difference between fresh water shrimp and shrimping.
