[CH] The carne asada tonight

Okay, I'm simplifying dinner. I'm cooking some black beans (canned)
with seasoning. I'm going to sear off the carne asada to rare and
medium rare. Put the strips in a flour tortilla with black beans,
cheese, onion, cilantro, salsa. That's it. Wish I had an avocado to
put into the mix. I'll fry up the flour tortilla until it's hot and a
little crispy on the edges.
I really like this marinated carne asada. I get it at Costco and it's
a great time saver. Comes ready to use. I bought it after tasting it
at Costco's one time. It might be a little heavy on the salt for some
of you but the flavor is good.
