Okay, I'm simplifying dinner. I'm cooking some black beans (canned) with seasoning. I'm going to sear off the carne asada to rare and medium rare. Put the strips in a flour tortilla with black beans, cheese, onion, cilantro, salsa. That's it. Wish I had an avocado to put into the mix. I'll fry up the flour tortilla until it's hot and a little crispy on the edges. I really like this marinated carne asada. I get it at Costco and it's a great time saver. Comes ready to use. I bought it after tasting it at Costco's one time. It might be a little heavy on the salt for some of you but the flavor is good. http://www.terryanddave.com/Terry "My idea of pure heaven is to spend a day in the kitchen, peeling, chopping, and stirring while the words of a good book fill the air around me."
