[CH] lunch - green chile burger

We just finished our Green Chile Burger. It was so good. I used ground  
chuck (not ground brisket, my burger meat of choice onhand), I put a  
slice of pepperjack cheese on mine along with a thick slice of onion.  
Delicious.
Lots of green chile sauce too.
Nap time.
