(First of all, hi, everybody.  I joined the list a couple months ago and 
have sorta been lurking ever since.  Too shy to say anything. :)

As for your question. Helen, I tried searching around to find an answer.  It 
looks like there are claims on either side.  Some places claim it does 
exacerbate menopause.  And then there are sites like this one, which claims 
cayenne can actually cool it down.
