[CH] Xec, a Mayan Salsa

I saw this recipe demonstrated this morning on Mark Bittman's  
Podcasts. Looks tasty. He served it with some simple sauteed red  
snapper but suggested any mild fish.

Xec A Mayan Salsa (Say Check)

Ingredients

	1		habanero Chile minced
	1		orange supremes
	1		grapefruit supremes
	1		lemon supremes
			lots of cilantro -- chopped
			salt.

Instructions

Mix the citrus including the juices with the habanero and cilantro.  
Salt to taste.
