I got an off list reply regarding my chile ID question that suggested Marconi, along with a link to a website with photos.  No doubt about it, they were Marconi.  Unfortunately, the company has a minimum 12 plant order policy.  I've only got a couple spots left in my garden to fill.  Nice chile, hope I can find a local source.  Thanks to all for a quick ID.
