Naw, Linda has one of those so I thought it could be duplicated for cheap.
 
The box mentions growing peppers that way but I'm skeptical.  Draping vines, yes, but in my experience peppers tend to grow upward. But a hanging pot of some bush-habit pepper like super chile could be cute.
