I have in hand a bottle of CaJohn's limited-edition sauce made for an event last February in the North Market here in town:

http://www.northmarket.com/

It might be just a special label on an existing recipe he's selling under another label. One side of the label says:

"The North Market is hot! Cajohn's Flavor and Fire and the Historic North Market have teamed up to tempt your palate with a flavorful hot combination sure to spice up any dish! All proceeds from the sale of this sauce are donated to the North market. Thank you and enjoy!"

Well that sounds reasonable. But we're talking about CaJohn. Let's turn the bottle around and read the other side:

"Limited Edition CaJohn's Fiery Jolokia Hot Sauce"

Uh-oh.

"Ingredients: Bhut Jolokia, Habanero, Onion, Mustard, Vinegar, Garlic, Spices"

Uh yeah it's hot. It does have a nice flavor, though, which you can appreciate for a brief moment. It's kind of like thinking the speeding locomotive that hit you was painted in an atractive color.
