Great to see you back!

The 'refrigerate' was only as a 'CYA' to keep the lawyers happy on my  
early label.  You won't find it on any of my current labels as it  
really isn't necessary for most hot sauces.  Plus, keeping  
'refrigerated' off the label saves me a TON of grief with the Board of  
Health people at the shows.  They routinely try to make folks drag a  
refrigerator around with them to the shows & if your label says  
'refrigerate after opening' they'll make you store it that way between  
sampling!  I simply put 'keep cool' & let them sort that out ;-)
