I agree. These are not our grandparents farm animals by a long shot.

I'd eat there.
I've been going more and more to local farmers and butchers for my meat.
Be it poultry, pork or beef. Not to mention eggs, milk and cheese.
The stooper markets don't quite get it yet.

Migras in the morning.......
And sometimes after a hard night out on the town........ Yes.....
Life would be much the less worth living without a ready supply of
good corn tortillas and fresh eggs.
A little garlic, chedder, cilantro, and some minced serrano.
A side of refried beans.
Tex-Mex comfort food.

Looks like my garden is going to produce nothing but chiles. My
squash plants even died (massive rains hit at the wrong time; base of
the plants simple exploded; sorta weird...and gross). Chiles are
everywhere though, and my herbs.

A fair discription of my porch garden, mostly herbs and peppers.
And two tomato plants, a reluctant Brandywine and an exuberant Roma.
