Just tried out our new Ebelskiver pan.  Filled pancakes that are kind of 
a cross between pancakes and donuts.  See video below.

Made some w/ fresh picked blueberries, some w/ Nutella (Dan's favorite) 
and the most of them with the Ginger Habanero Peach jam I made last 
year.  Boy are they good!

Next batch will have to be savory ones w/ a corn batter.  What should I 
fill them with?  Pulled Pork?  Habanero cheese?  Will update you with 
results as they come in!

Going to pull weeds now or else I'll never get any peppers!  Damn rain...
