Used this filling to make "Hobo Pies,"  A larger version of the Ebelskiver,
using bread and a campfire:

Filling:  Pulled Pork, hab jack cheese, a little sauteed onion and Hoboken
Eddies Mean Green hot sauce (Feel free to substitute your favorite, though I
go mainly for the flavor, the habs take care of the heat).
