That should be enough to ward off the [forbidden word starting with "bot"] discussion. :-) Also, while at Thai Market, I asked the guy (I'm 99% sure he and his wife own it) there about the Golden Mountain Distilled Vinegar. As soon as he saw me holding the bottle, and getting ready to ask a question, he simply said that it's Thai vinegar. I asked what it was made from, and he didn't know, either. I thought the "Dam Trang" would be the answer, but he said that's Vietnamese. Wrong path on that one. Oh well. Simple "Thai Vinegar" it is, then (though, if you were to see their shelves, it looks like there are at least a couple dozen "Thai vinegars")....
