It wasn't food network it was cooking channel. I'll look again.
It was just a couple of video over from the seasoning video Mark. As I said I'll look again but I guess it was pulled. Too bad.

Oh well, suppose I can come up with as hot a broth as that Chinese gal, as I have been cooking Chinese since 1952! And Thai for the past 20 years, now I do more Thai, Burmese and Asian than straight Chinese and even then it is Szechuan when I do.
