Mike, many moons ago when we had a garden as opposed to container 
planting on our deck, I also used to get good crops of radishes. One of 
our favorite ways of using them was then and still is, radish sandwiches
and nothing else tastes the same as a spicy sliced radish on home made 
white or whole wheat bread! When I find good large radishes in the 
market, I buy 'em and treat ourselves to those! Have never ever cooked 
them, so cannot help you there. Let us all know if you find a recipe, 
and it is worthwhile.
