While I tried to be one of the evil corporate types, I never even approached the success that Jim did. I tried an on line retail business and bowed out early. I used some inventory and sold some by word of mouth. However, I have a fair amount left and would like to rid myself of it in an ecologically sound way. While I still use some, it is past any stated or reasonably assumed freshness date. Since some of the hot sauce makers are out of business, some probably years ago, I am wondering if some of this might have value as collectables. For instance, I have some stuff from "the other Campbell", Stonewall Chili Pepper Co. Anyone have any suggestions as to how I might explore this idea further? Thanks, Frank
