Pods, Yesterday we were in the French Quarter, and I brought no sauce in hopes of finding some - yes, that works, but expect to pay tourist prices like $7.99 for a woozie. I had plenty of choices so I checked ingredients. I picked this sauce: http://www.cajunsauce.com/cajun-sauce/global-warming-hot-sauce It's mustard-based but I don't taste nmuch mustard; the scotch bonnet comes through on a substantial salt base. We test-fired it on some oysters on the half shell, it was good.
