[CH] Recipe request: chicken Pad Pak

...which, if I remember correctly, is Gai Pad Pak. I've found lots of
references to it, but zero recipes for anything that looks even remotely
like what I've had (at a place here in FWB called Thai Saree). In what I
remember, it has lots of veges, chicken, and is, of course, served over
Jasmine rice[1].
Does anyone here have any recipes for this?
