It has been my experience that all cooks be they Asian, including Thai, Chinese or whatever derivation of the Han people, will all take a recipe and put their own stamp on it. If Mary-Anne has not left yet and if she sees this post, she may have an answer for you. If they have then good luck finding out. Until they return, that is. There is no one else with the knowledge of Thai food that Mary-Anne has, with her close to forty trips to Thailand over the years. I will check my large selection of Thai cookbooks and if i find something, will certainly let you know. The Colonel was still alive when I became involved with this list, and as you already have all the recipes that Chet has kept, then you do have a good library. I will check and let you know.
