Jim, I have been cooking Asian and with emphasis on Thai for many
years. It has been my experience that all cooks be they Asian,
including Thai, Chinese or whatever derivation of the Han people, will
all take a recipe and put their own stamp on it. If Mary-Anne has not
left yet and if she sees this post, she may have an answer for you. If
they have then good luck finding out. Until they return, that is. There
is no one else with the knowledge of Thai food that Mary-Anne has, with
her close to forty trips to Thailand over the years. I will check my
large selection of Thai cookbooks and if i find something, will
certainly let you know. The Colonel was still alive when I became
involved with this list, and as you already have all the recipes that
Chet has kept, then you do have a good library. I will check and let
you know.
Cheers,
