As some of the members on this list that have 'dual citizenship'
already know, I've accepted an assignment to Ghana, West Africa for
the summer. The purpose of the trip is to introduce/improve their
growing practices and their post harvest handling/processing of
chiles. This is an assignment that mirrors pretty closely the one I
took to Jamaica back in 1997. It, fortunately, also involves the same
two chiles- Scotch Bonnet and "birds eye"... though what variety of
'birds eye' it is remains to be seen :-) I'm going to seriously doubt
that I have much access to the internet or email as these assignments
are usually quite removed from the 'tourist areas'.

It is largely through my association on this list (and others) that I
have gained the knowledge of chiles that I have! For that, I thank
y'all :-) As the intent is to connect these folks with chile pepper
experts, if someone could send me the current subscription steps for
this list, it would be MUCH appreciated! I can think of no better
group of experts :-)

Signing out & back in time for Open Fields......
