[CH] Big poblanos

Marshall Williams asks aboutuses for "those big poblanos."  I enjoy 
frying them slowly with garlic and a bit of soy sauce and a hab to heat 
it up.  The combination goes great on pasta or can be eaten by itself.  
Another way we've used them is to remove the core, steam them until 
they're soft, and stuff 'em with cheese to make chile rellenos.
