[CH] ISO Information on Chilli Boria

I was in an indian supermarket the other day. I saw several types of
dried chillis but the one that interested me and I purchased was a
package of Chilli Boria. They are dried, red and round. When I tasted
the seeds they were not that hot. Fairly mild, actually. Does anyone
have any information on this chile?
I searched Dogpile and couldn't come up with anything at all - all the
sites they gave me were either in spanish or malaysian. Anyone have a
clue?
