Here's the one from my archives. I haven't tried it so standard
disclamers apply.

Strawberry Salsa

1/2 medium red onion; chopped
1 jalapeno pepper; finely chopped
1/2 red pepper; seeded and chopped
1/2 yellow pepper; seeded and chopped
1/2 green pepper; seeded and chopped
4 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves; chopped
100 g strawberries; hulled and sliced
4 tablespoons fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 4 hours. Fifteen
minutes before serving, remove the salsa from the refrigerator, so that
it loses some of its chill.
