you can put it on bread with pepper preserves, honey, curd or pepper-wise:
jalapeno jelly...

Welcome to the great american past time of Peanut Butter and Jelly
sandwhiches!  eaten many of those...

Oh the other thing is you can use it for a basis of a hot and spicy thai
peanut sauce that uses Chili paste.  
I'm sure someone here has a recipe.I'll see what I can find.
