oops sent this to Yoda meant to send to the list. RE: Italian dipping Oil: the other option that is simple and works is olive oil infused with rosemary and garlic adding a bit of good balsamic vinegar is nice too. I'm not sure about a chili in this but you could have pepperoncini on the side! :)
