anyway, or caesar salad dressing or aioli.

As long as you refrigerate the oil between usage (waiting for it to get
liquid again as well) there should be no problem.  

As to you not eating stuff I might bring to a hotluck Chuck that was a real
close to a flame, let's be chili-heads not hot-heads ok?
