Did you catch the show, Mark, and so got the idea?  If you *did* watch
the show...  Did you notice the moth/bug that flew into the salsa mix? 
And they didn't remove it!  LOL!!!!

I'm gonna try this.  The idea of the rich pork, with the slaw on it (see
the slaw recipe "Grilling and Chilling" did with their pulled pork -
makin' me drool!) sounds so good and cool on a hot summer's day!
