Been without e-mail for a few days & looks like a VERY poor time to have
gotten it back. Nonetheless, in trying to contribute something CH
related....

The further adventures of Tony Flynn, wandering chilehead:

Tony is a long time member of the list & resident of New Zealand. You
may remember his request last year for someone to show him US chile
fields as made his way from NY to CA. He is currently wandering across
the US on his way back to Bay of Plenty, New Zealand & has stopped off
here for a bit to see my chile fields & small time operation. It has
been an honor to have him here & once we got past the language barrier &
which side of the car to get in, we've been entertained with some right
fair stories :-) It has been VERY dry here lately and so we spent the
day yesterday trying to hand water all 12,000 chiles. Did I also
mention it was 98 F? I don't think Tony is so impressed with owning
your own chile field anymore :-) Wednesday we're going to learn how to
make sauce ;-) He has also been treated to some of the finest meals the
mid-West has to offer including White Castles.
