I haven't tried the recipes but if you want something that will probably be
good cold, I would say go with the "Grilled Chicken Breasts with Tequila,
Citrus and Cilantro" (it sounds less messy). Again, since its cold, you may
want to pre-slice it so it can be a "finger-food" - or so it can be part of
a salad or pita/wrap style meal.

Subject: [CH] Picnic recipes

Hi all,

Planning a weekend picnic with the SO, who is an apprentice chile-head.
I've got a few ideas already for munchies and starters (for one thing, the
tomatillo-tequila soup Tony posted a week or so ago), but am trying to
decide on a main-dish kind of thing. There are a couple of recipes that
have been posted here lately that I'd like to try, and I'd like to know a)
if anyone else on the list has tried them, and b) whether they'd be good
made in advance and served cold (as the picnic will most likely take place
in an area without cooking facilities). The recipes in question are:

Chicken Tajine with Olives and Lemon (posted 5/17)
Grilled Chicken Breasts with Tequila, Citrus and Cilantro (posted 6/9 by
Kris Boyle)

Any advice/pointers from the posters or anyone who's tried them would be
appreciated. Mail me directly if you prefer not to share comments with the
list.

TIA

Jonathan
