[CH] REQUEST: Southwestern Seasoning recipe

It doesn't get any better than Penzey's.  Low salt content and great
flavor.  Low heat, you have to add some habs.  Been using their stuff for
over 30 years.

You probably can't buy the separate ingredients and  mix it for what
Penzey's sells it for.
