 Shochu is a Japanese domestic distilled spirits made of various vegetables 
such as rices, potatoes, wheatsor rice husks. Sometimes shochu is taken with 
hot water in winter. It has a full-bodied palate and nose. and features a 
sweet, rather 'bitey' palate. Alcohol content 25%  Sorta like sake
