Fellow ChDs: and Scott What are the rest of you storing your powders in? I use the 12 and 16 oz Tostito Salsa short, squat jars to store the bulk powders. But my favorites are the 4 oz black lidded lab jars from the Spice House. 0.99 a copy as I recall. Trouble with them is that when they travel, they don't come back. Gareth
