DeLonghl. That's the name of our electric coffer grinder; like, $14.95.
It makes a powder like, well, powder. The real secret is to get the
peppers dry enough. If we just ristra dry or sun dry the peppers won't
powder, they'll just flake. If we dehydrate to hardness; vloila, a very
fine powder indeed.
