Incorrect information.  Manzano also called Rocoto (Peru), Locoto
(Bolivia), and chile Peron (Mexico) are the only Chiles with black/dark
brown seeds. The problem is mold, typical of thin walled Chiles.  The
weather conditions seem to be a major factor.
