I made my first batch of pepper jelly a couple of weeks ago. I used one bell pepper and half a dozen Jalapeno's. I have a Thai pepper plant. I am wondering how many I should add. The pepper jelly is my favorite jelly for my 100% whole wheat toast but I want to add a "little" (the emphasis is on little) more bite to it. Jana :-)
