MEDICAL INSURANCE.
the truth is:
scraping the fruiting bodies (fuzzy stuff) off your food doesn't get rid
of the toxins.
not all molds/moulds are beneficial (like penicillin).
some penicillin-like molds are VERY toxic.
some molds are DEADLY.
