Robert.

The GA treatment or chlorine seed treatment is a 20% solution. with
the liquid to seed ratio of at least 5 to 1.

In homebrewing, one of my books claims it only takes 1 cup of
clorox to sterilize a 10,000 gal tank.

For my own seed saving, I used only 2 drops of clorox in 16 oz of
water, from personal experience (10 years) I have not had a problem.
Maybe just lucky.

For pot sterilization, they claim you need a min of 2 min contact
to kill everything.

So I do 2 drops for 5 min; shake jar a couple times,
then rinse for 5 min.

I also do this with any seeds I buy that the catalog does not
specify inpected for or treated for diseases.

This is my method, welcome to use or delete.
I am sure there are many more methods out there.
