[CH] Bugs

Got a new one to me.

Thrips, 
  Color white, Adult I think because it had wings, was about
  2 mm long;  0.5 mm wide or less. 6 leggs and 2 antenna
Similar to tobacco thrips but smaller and all white.  

Immature about this size ".",  Appears to suck sap out of the 
leaves and give a distorted leaves similar to what spider mites do.

Dishsoap and tobacco juice seems to knock them down for awhile 
Would like to find where eggs are laid and what the name is.

I left 3 with my county agent, he couldn't even find them in a glass
jar. 

Any help would be appreciated.
