It's amazing how many don't know that. But, Mexicans do LIKE chilli. I
have some Mexican friends who run a restaurant which serves Greek,
Murrican and Mexican cuisine. When I am coming home from a chilli
cook-off or similar deal and have any excess (past my cook's sample) I
drop it off for Isidro and Joaquin to enjoy. Then next time I stop by
I enjoy a complimentary meal of Bistek Rajas or a Mexican T-Bone. It
averages out.
