Anyone ever feed their kids "roadkill rabbit" sandwiches?
Using dark turkey meat (purchased frozen or off an actual Pilgrim feast bird) 
you batter and deep fry the meat.  Serve on toasted crusty bread with 
favorite hot Chile sauce.  It was a great favorite in college cafeterias, 
where men had to prove they were men by ordering it.  Seems a great variety 
dish for kids.  Used successfully here before they spotted the frozen dark 
meat.
Almost as popular as "dead chicken" sandwiches.
