Made it through last night, covering what plants I could and bringing
the ones in pots into the house. It only got to 37 so I was ok last
night. Tonight they are calling for near freezing again.

Most suggestions called for covering the plants. Heat was also
mentioned. My plants are in various locations around the house, I
have no real garden space. Lots of extension cords and lights were
not a viable solution. Neither was a sprinkler. Haven't even figured
out what one of those if really for. To water lawns? Right, the day I
water my lawn has not happened yet. I grow a pretty natural lawn
and don't care about weeds or watering. Besides, we just had the
drought restrictions lifted by the Gov. this week.

Really enjoyed the posts about the chile picking at Jim's farm.
Sounds like great fun.
