Yucatan reminds me, "Merckens Yucatan Dark Chocolate" which I use for mole
is available from www.kingarthurflour.com. Ranked #1 by The Chocolate
Report. Ought to be, it's $9.25 for 2.25 lbs. but that's a lot of moles.
On another effrontery, has anyone else tried (and failed) with the Nut House
brand "Rajun Cajun" HotSpicy Roasted Peanuts? Mayhaps, I bought the only two
bags without the spice, but these are not just bland - they are plain ol'
peanuts. Their idea of HotSpicy must mean holding some Chile powder in one's
hand and waving at the batch (after they're in the bag). Makes me wish I had
a source of raw peanuts and the recipes recently posted. Shucks.
