Calvin,

This meatloaf concoction is a bit like the Kokeretsi that is made with the 
various offal of the lamb in Greece and made into sausage that is stuffed 
into the intestine and cooked over the grape vine coals with the lamb for 
Easter.  It is wonderful or was it the Retsina wine that made it so?
