Randy & Calvin, Sea Urchin according to my husband smells like baby poo and tastes like baby poo, so he says if it looks, tastes and smells like---must be. Anyway, if it's really fresh (stands firm when cut) it's pretty good. But still not my choice as there are so many wonderful sushi and sashimi items. Love that Wasabi/green death. Mary-Anne
