I hate to agree with Randy, but I do! There are so-o-o many types of
sushi! There's even vegetarian sushi: made with egg and/or veggies.
Unfortunately, most people think, "Ohhhh, yukk...raw fish!" Go to a
sushi bar and look at all of the different kinds! Start with an "all you
can eat" place or a place with a lunch of 6 - 8 pieces for about $5.00.
Some supermarkets have trays of sushi for $3 - $4. Easy on the wasabi
(green horseradish). It's pretty, but potent!

PS Randy...I never knew you were a sushi-holic! The best sushi bar this
side of the Banana River is walking distance from my house!
