I occasionally see this in my habs, more so in the Red Savinas (tm) than the orange. My guess? It is more like a 'double pepper' that you sometimes see except with one growing without sunlight & a full stem it ends up dwarf & lighter color. I belive (with no proof or knowledge) that it is more like one pepper grows 'over' rather than 'beside'. -Jim C MWPH
