Sue-
Sneezing is definitely a side-effect of inhaling chile powder- especially
hab powder. I read somewhere that there was a research team that sedated
people with bad sinuses and sprayed capsaicin into the sinus cavities.
There was a significant improvement in their conditions and severity of
sinus infections that lasted 6 months or more. I think it has been
discussed on the CH List. I'd like to sign up.
