[CH] Pickling aids

We used to be able to buy Nalleys Pickled whole Jalapenos in
1lb jars over here[Australia]

However the importer stopped importing them, which was a pity
but not a catastrophe as we were driven to pickling our own,
quite successfully in the end.

What I'd like to know is what you'd call the piece of circular
plastic with holes in it, that Nalleys use in their jars to keep
all of the jalapenos submerged in the pickle, and where I could get
some. I did try asking Nalleys, but I suspect the person who answered
didn't understand the question.

Any help will be gratefully received.
