Deb,
Here in the Netherlands just last week in the newspapers an official
mandatory from our government that by a new law from now one its forbidden
for holt resellers and/or traders in the wood business to sell creosoted
wood for any purpose where the wood will be in contact with soil.
Also from now on it will be forbidden for gardencenters to sell old
sleepers for use in your garden too, only the railway may keep on using
them.
